USCIS Increases Premium Processing Fees Effective February 26, 2024

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has increased the premium processing fees for certain application forms, starting from February 26, 2024. Here are the new fees:

 

- Form I-129 for H-2B or R-1: $1,685
- Form I-129 for all other classifications: $2,805
- Form I-140: $2,805
- Form I-539: $1,965
- Form I-765 for Certain F-1 students with categories CO3A, CO3B, CO3C: $1,685

 

Premium processing allows for faster application processing, usually within 15 calendar days. These fee increases aim to support improved services and handle the growing demand for premium processing.
