As of July 2025, the Visa Bulletin Section E includes a notation signaling that visas in the reserved EB-5 categories may run out in the coming months. With the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022 (RIA) approved through September 30, 2027, we strongly encourage individuals to file no later than September 30, 2026.
