USCIS announces filing location change for certain employment-based I-485 and related forms

Effective April 1, 2024 USCIS is changing the filing location of concurrently filed forms I-907, I-485 and related forms I-131, I 765 and I 824, filed with the application package from USCIS service centers to a USCIS lockbox.

The lockbox location will depend on what state the applicant will work in. Lockbox locations are posted on the USCIS website.
