Marjan Kasra, Esquire is the founder and Managing Attorney of the Law Offices of Marjan Kasra, LLC. Attorney Kasra provides legal counsel to clients at U.S. Consular posts worldwide. She has extensive experience regarding the Middle Eastern-specific issues as they relate to EB-5 and E-2 Visas.
She was educated at University of Connecticut, Columbia University and Quinnipiac University School of Law, is member of the prestigious NYC Bar’s MENA Committee, and has been recognized by the American Institute of Legal Counsel as “10 Best Immigration Attorney” in the State of Connecticut. She is an active AILA member, a frequent speaker at Immigration Law venues worldwide, and is considered one of the leading experts in the EB-5 industry.
Babak Hojjat J.D.
The Legal Liaison and Marketing Director.
Babak Hojjat, J.D. is the Director of Global Operations at the Law Offices of Marjan Kasra, LLC.
He provides strategic direction and oversight to our law firm’s marketing team. Mr. Hojjat has over 14-years of experience at our Immigration Law Firm, and has extensive experience with issues as they relate to our Middle East clientele. Mr. Hojjat specializes in Investment Visa Category, and has proven himself to be resourceful and a “go-to” member of our team for guidance regarding international markets.
Aaron A. Thomas
Aaron A. Thomas grew up in Texas and Saudi Arabia. He holds a BA in anthropology from Texas Tech University and a law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law.
Mr. Thomas has been a licensed attorney for eight years. In that time, he has focused on serving the public and individual clients through representation in a wide range of civil matters, including immigration law, disability rights law, child support enforcement, and family law.
Mr. Thomas has been an active member of the legal community, and is the former President and current board member of American Samoa Legal Aid, Inc. He has also been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association since 2016.
In his free time, Mr. Thomas enjoys learning about history, cooking, and watching American football.

Ms. Yasmarie Farina is a Paralegal at the Law Offices of Marjan Kasra, LLC. She is fluent in English and Spanish, and has obtained her Paralegal Certification through the Center for Legal Studies at Sacred Heart University, Fairfield, CT.
Ms. Farina is currently pursuing her Advanced Paralegal Certification through the Center for Legal Studies. She is also on track for her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice with Minor Studies in Psychology.
Yasmarie acts as a liaison with our Hispanic clientele and assists the attorneys with preparations of applications, document handling, and submissions. With the help of the attorneys at the Law Offices of Marjan Kasra, LLC, Yasmarie continues to expand her knowledge in Immigration Law.
Peter Twardowski is the Accounts Manager at the Law Offices of Marjan Kasra. His key role with this firm is to ensure the accuracy of financial information is made available to our clients. Mr. Twardowski works closely with our client’s to ensure that their needs are met financially and in a timely fashion.
Mr. Twardowski has seven years of experience in the field of Business Management. He has acquired customer relations skills set, which is put into use with his current position with this firm. Mr. Twardowski is currently pursuing a degree in Engineering and is a team player who always goes “above and beyond” to complete the task at hand.
