She is an active AILA member, a frequent speaker at Immigration Law venues worldwide, and is considered one of the leading experts in the EB-5 industry.
Babak Hojjat J.D.
The Legal Liaison and Chief Operating Officer.
Babak Hojjat, J.D. is the Director of Global Operations at the Law Offices of Marjan Kasra, LLC.
He provides strategic direction and oversight to our law firm’s marketing team.
Mr. Hojjat has over 14-years of experience at our Immigration Law Firm, and has extensive experience with issues as they relate to our Middle East clientele.
Mr. Hojjat specializes in Investment Visa Category, and has proven himself to be resourceful and a “go-to” member of our team for guidance regarding international markets.
Iryna Banakh
Iryna Banakh is the Head-Paralegal at Lawmaks’ U.S. Headquarter in Stamford, CT. She is fluent in English and Ukrainian.
She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Law from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
Thereafter, Iryna obtained her L.L.M degree from Chicago-Kent College, Chicago, Illinois. There she majored in International and Transnational Law.
Iryna is currently qualified to sit for the NY Bar Exam and continues to expand on her knowledge of Immigration Law and Intellectual Property at Lawmaks.
Under the direct guidance of Attorney Marjan Kasra, Iryna is in charge of legal research and drafting of legal documents. Iryna is a highly motivated intellectual, and proves herself to be an irreplaceable asset on every task assigned.
Ivanna Vintonyak
Ivanna Vintonyak is a Paralegal at Lawmaks’ U.S. Headquarter. She is fluent in English and Ukrainian.
Ivanna attended Norwalk Community College where she earned her Associate’s Degree in Science, Legal Assistant at an A.B.A. Approved Program.
Ivanna acts as the liaison between all branches of Lawmaks, supports the attorneys’ administrative needs, and utilizes her Paralegal skills in document gathering and submissions.
Ivanna is a talented Paralegal and a key staff-member who continues to expand on her knowledge of Immigration Law.
Irish Dagoc
Irish Dagoc is the Head-Paralegal and Office Administrator at Lawmaks’ Dubai branch.
She is fluent in English and Tagalog and obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Office Administration from Central Mindanao University, Philippines.
She has been working in the Administrative field for over 5-years and is utilizing her innate interpersonal skills and experiences in handling each client with utmost care.
Irish is First-Assistant to Lawmaks’ COO, Mr. Babak Hojjat, JD.
She trains and supervises other paralegals at all Lawmaks’ branches to ensure performance accuracy and efficiency.
Irish values and cares for each client, is a perfectionist, and an absolute asset to Lawmaks.
Zahra Sedaghati
Zahra Sedaghati is a Paralegal at Lawmaks. She is fluent in English and Persian and obtained her B.S. in English Translation at Azad University in Tehran, Iran.
Previous to her work at Lawmaks, Zahra had worked as book and dictionary translator, as well as an English language instructor.
Due to her expertise in both Persian and English, Zahra handles the translational needs at Lawmaks, and is in charge of handling the content for the “Farsi” section of our website.
Her strong verbal communications skills helps her in best serving our Iranian clients.
Zahra is able to combine both her precision and passion for helping people, which has made her an asset to the practice and to our clients.
Currently Zahra caters to our Middle Eastern clients, providing legal services and utilizing her skills to provide personalized customer-care to every client.
Allyza Jean Sarias
Allyza Jean Sarias is a Paralegal at Lawmaks’ Dubai, UAE division. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Mindanao, Philippines where she majored in Business Administration.
She is fluent in English and Tagalog, and utilizes her language skills to help Lawmaks’ diverse clientele.
Previous to working at our Law Firm, Allyza worked as a Student Trainee Assistant at University of Mindanao Legal Education Department where she sharpened her legal skills.
Currently Allyza is a paralegal at Lawmaks where she provides Administrative Support to upper management.
Among her other tasks, Allyza is responsible for document collection of highly sensitive and confidential nature.
Under the guidance of our Head-Paralegal, Allyza continues to develop her legal skills, while working directly with our clients from the MENA region.
Sanaz Rezaee Afshar
Sanaz Rezaee Afshar is a Customer Relationship Manager at Lawmaks where she provides customer service to our select group of clients in the MENA region. She is fluent in English and Persian.
Sanaz obtained her MA in Information Technology Engineering at Khajeh Nasir Toosi University in Tehran, Iran.
Prior to her work at Lawmaks, Sanaz has worked as an IT manager, and a Network and Customer Service Manager (CRM) at an information Security Company.
Sanaz has also worked with the banking sector, and presented her Thesis on Electronic Business and E- WOMM (Electronic Word of Mouth Marketing) where she achieved the highest scores.
Sanaz uses her exceptional skills in responding to clients inquiries while maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward clients at all times.
Sanaz is a highly educated staff-member who is able to combine her language skills and varied work-experiences in best serving our international clients while gaining knowledge of U.S. regulations.
Mary Joy Bajura
Mary Joy Bajura is a Paralegal at Lawmaks’ Dubai, UAE division. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Management Accounting from Holy Cross of Davao College in Philippines.
Over the course of acquiring her degree, she simultaneously provided clerical support to the College Registrar as a Working Scholar. She is fluent in English and Tagalog and utilizes her language skills to efficiently support Lawmaks’ diverse clientele.
Prior to working at Lawmaks, Joy had been working as an Accounts and Office Administrator in an Industrial Company where she managed general office affairs and provided utmost professional client care to clients.
As a Paralegal, she provides administrative support to the Head-Paralegal and gradually acquiring and developing her legal skills.
Aisha Esmaeil Zadeh
Aisha Esmaeil Zadeh is a Customer Service Representative at Lawmaks where she provides customer service to our select group of clients in the MENA region. She is fluent in English and Persian.
Aisha obtained her Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering at Payam Noor University in Shiraz, Iran.
Prior to her work at Lawmaks, Aisha worked as an assistant manager and a Customer Service Manager at a Food Industry Company.
Currently Aisha is a Customer Service Representative and Social Media Manager at Lawmaks where she is taking care of the company’s social networks. Among her other tasks, Aisha is responsible for client care.
Solomiia Hukaliuk
Solomiia Hukaliuk is a Paralegal at Lawmaks’ Ukraine division. She is fluent in English, and Ukrainian.
She obtained her bachelor’s degree in International Law from Western Ukrainian National University. Thereafter, Solomiia obtained her L.L.M degree from Chicago-Kent College, Chicago, Illinois, where she majored in International and Transnational Law.
Solomiia specializes in Consular Processing matters and handles correspondence with U.S. embassies and U.S. Immigration agencies on behalf of our clients.
Nasim Haghighi
Nasim Haghighi is a Turkish citizen, who lives in Istanbul, Turkey. She is originally from Iran.
She is fluent in English, Turkish and Persian. She obtained her master’s degree in International Law at Allameh University.
She is a member of ICBAR association and has been working as an attorney at law for more than 14 years.
Additionally, she is an expert with Iranian laws and well aware of international matters.
At Lawmaks, she is the head of the Istanbul, Turkey division where she ensures adherence to our gold standard of client care.
